IT’S TIIMEEE!!!
Welcome to your new era, THE NEW YOU!
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or if you’re already an expert in wellness, this blog is here to be your guide and lead you to a life full of happiness, health, wealth, luxury and fullness.
It’s very easy to get caught up with the fast pace life, people get older, busier or start moving around a lot. So it can be easy to let your self slip away and forget to actually live your life.

Now that we know the definition of wellness it will be easier for us to make our plan!
To reach a complete state of wellness you need to pay attention to all aspects of your life: physical, mental, social, spiritual. The idea is to create a more proactive, healthier and happier environment for yourself.
HOWEVER...it is important to note that people have different version of wellness and we’re all starting at different levels.
WHERE DO WE START?
HONESTY
The first step is to have an HONEST conversation with yourself about what needs to change in order for you step into your new era and become your highest self. What are you good at? What do you need to improve on? Where are you now? Where do you want to be? You can’t take this journey if you’re not ready to be honest with yourself!
When I think about my journey, I had to begin with realization. I love how much I care about others but it seemed like I was giving all my energy to others and neglecting my own needs I knew something had to change. As we know know wellness isn't just about physical health; it is mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being all together. I am grateful for how far I've come, wellness is a lifelong journey, and I continue to explore new ways to nourish my mind body and soul. Everyday there is a new opportunity for grow and I approach life with an open heart.
HOMEWORK
As you know a big part of growth is being uncomfortable, how are you going to fix anything if you refuse to admit anything is wrong?
You are going to sit down and list your strengths and weaknesses then make a vision/mood board that represents your higher self. Put this board somewhere you will always see it so it’s a constant reminder of where you’re headed!
